Information we collect
Our inquiry form collects your first and last name, email address, selected destination and travel dates. You may also provide your phone number, group size and interests. Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. Please do not include payment card details, passport numbers or sensitive medical information in the form.
How information is used
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss trip options, maintain correspondence and protect the website against abuse. Submitting a trip inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who receives information
Inquiries are delivered through Brevo to our email inbox. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, Turnstile verification and email routing; Google provides the receiving email service. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics support optional analytics. If you choose WhatsApp, its own privacy terms apply. We may share relevant trip details with a travel provider when you ask us to coordinate an inquiry with that provider. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
Cookies and privacy choices
Optional analytics remain disabled until you select Allow analytics. You can reject analytics and still use the site and inquiry form. Your choice is stored in your browser. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change it. With analytics consent, campaign information and the first landing page may be stored to understand how visitors find us. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Security services may use necessary technical storage to protect the site.
Retention and requests
Inquiry messages remain in our email and service-provider systems. Retention depends on the correspondence, follow-up and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@experiencetheamazon.com. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required by law or to resolve an outstanding matter. Available rights depend on your location.
